Thank you for shopping at Lunava™ Pillows. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns: We offer a 60-day return window for all items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@lunavapillows.com to initiate your return and receive a return shipping label.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your order number or receipt.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label. Returns are free!

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in the original condition, and with all original tags/labels still attached.
  • We cannot accept returns for final sale or clearance items.
